Welcome to the official site and services of Olie Claudio (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern all creative services, products, and engagements offered—past, present, or future. By booking, purchasing, collaborating, or interacting with any offering by Olie Claudio, you are agreeing to all policies laid out herein.

These Terms apply globally and retroactively to all past clients, digital customers, creative collaborators, and product users.

1. SERVICES + CREATIVE RIGHTS

By working with Olie Claudio, you are commissioning her unique creative expertise and artistic discretion. This includes but is not limited to:

• Photography, Videography & Editing

• Vocal Sessions, Background Vocals, & Studio Work

• Performance Coaching & Band Direction

• Brand Identity & Creative Direction

• Website Setup, Workflow Systems, Notion Templates

• Screen Printing, Merch Design, & Product Shoots

• Digital Products (Zines, Templates, Downloads)

By engaging in any service, you agree:

• You are selecting Olie Claudio’s artistic approach and style

• Final deliverables are considered complete and delivered “as-is,” unless otherwise stated

• Creative differences do not qualify for edits or refunds

• If you withdraw from a project after signing or initiating work, partial or full payment may still be due

• Olie Claudio may also terminate a contract or booking at her sole discretion if trust, safety, or alignment is compromised

Right to Decline: Olie Claudio reserves the right to decline or discontinue any service, project, or collaboration at any time, with or without explanation.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY + ATTRIBUTION POLICY

All original content created or shared by Olie Claudio—whether purchased, commissioned, or shared digitally—is protected under copyright and intellectual property law. Unless stated otherwise in writing:

You may not:

• Copy, clone, redistribute, or resell her work

• Re-upload or repost photos, videos, or digital products without giving proper credit

• Tag or credit another creator, photographer, or brand in place of Olie Claudio

• Use her work in promotional, commercial, or resale-based materials without permission

• Alter or modify deliverables in a way that obscures or changes authorship

Attribution Requirement:

All publicly shared content featuring Olie Claudio’s work must credit @claudiovisuals or @olieclaudio (as applicable) in captions or tags, unless a no-credit fee has been paid in advance.

If you fail to give credit:

• You will be billed a $150 “No Credit Usage Fee” per image or video, unless otherwise stated

• Failure to pay may result in removal requests, DMCA filings, and legal action for copyright violation

• Repeated or intentional misattribution will trigger formal enforcement

All photography and media content is tracked for unauthorized use. Attribution is a condition of usage.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCT USE

All digital products (templates, zines, files) are licensed for personal use only unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

• Resell, distribute, or share digital files

• Upload product files to public repositories

• Remove credits, headers, or watermarks

• Clone, white-label, or disguise the origin of the system

Violations result in immediate license termination, revoked access, and possible legal pursuit.

4. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, & CANCELLATION

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once:

• A digital file has been delivered

• A session has been completed or missed

• A project has been started

Deposits are non-refundable.

If you cancel after work begins, you may still owe payment for time and labor rendered. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may include additional fees.

Chargebacks, unauthorized disputes, or fraud claims will be met with documentation and legal counteraction.

5. DISCLAIMERS

All services are offered in good faith and grounded in professionalism. However:

• No outcome, platform performance, or financial result is guaranteed

• Results depend on your own communication, clarity, and execution

• Platform failures, shipping delays, or client inaction are not grounds for refunds

6. CONTRACT TERMINATION CLAUSE

If a contract is signed or a service is confirmed, and Olie Claudio later determines the partnership is not a good fit, she reserves the right to:

• End the project early

• Withhold or refund partial payment (based on progress)

• Decline future engagement

This clause is in place to protect creative alignment, personal safety, and professional standards.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the:

• State of Florida

• State of New York

• Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

All legal matters must be resolved in one of these jurisdictions unless mutually agreed otherwise.

We also reserve the right to enforce these Terms globally based on the nature of the breach.

8. GLOBAL TERMS + RETROACTIVE AGREEMENT

These Terms apply:

• To all clients, collaborators, and customers worldwide

• To all past work, bookings, and product purchases

• Regardless of whether the client formally acknowledged these terms at time of booking

Continued use of Olie Claudio’s services, media, or products constitutes retroactive agreement.

9. COOKIES + THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

This site may use cookies, scheduling tools, and analytics services such as TidyCal, Stripe, Systeme.io, and Gumroad. By using the site or making a purchase, you consent to standard data collection processes as outlined by those platforms.

10. TERMS CHANGES

These Terms may be updated at any time. By continuing to use our services or content, you accept all changes retroactively and moving forward. The most recent version will always be enforceable.

11. FINAL ACCEPTANCE + LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By booking, purchasing, downloading, tagging, reposting, or engaging with Olie Claudio’s services or content, you agree to the following:

• You waive the right to sue for subjective dissatisfaction, timing issues, or creative opinion

• You agree to binding arbitration or mediation for any dispute prior to filing legal claims

• If legal action is pursued, the maximum claim is limited to the amount you actually paid

• You are not permitted to file chargebacks or third-party complaints to bypass this agreement

• These terms are binding permanently for all past and future clients
